The project comprised the coordination and execution of three separate DSA projects consolidated under a unified contract. In the first phase, efforts were concentrated on the modernization of the existing theater and cafeteria building, inclusive of associated site improvements, campus-wide fire alarm upgrades, and the installment of a new trellis/shade structure. Transitioning to the second phase, the focus shifted to the modernization of the campus kitchen, remodeling of serving areas, related site enhancements, and revisions to restroom facilities. The third phase involved the replacement of existing non-compliant and aging bleachers with motorized aluminum bleachers, accompanied by modifications to existing toilet rooms. This multi-phase approach aimed at comprehensively upgrading various aspects of the campus infrastructure.
