The project spans a variety of scopes, each with distinct elements. This includes the installation of new interior and exterior drinking fountains in three specified buildings, upgrading interior finishes in nine portable buildings, replacing HVAC systems in two separate structures, undertaking roofing projects, implementing lighting replacements with selective ceiling upgrades, and installing new interior walls in a particular building. The comprehensive scope extends to fire sprinkler modifications in the same building where interior wall work took place. Additionally, fire alarm enhancements were introduced in thirteen buildings. Furthermore, site improvements were carried out, covering landscaping, hardscaping, the installation of accessible signage, and the striping of parking lots.
