Glendale Community College PE Gym Increment II

The project involved the construction of a substantial two-story gymnasium addition covering an area of 55,500 square feet. This addition included facilities such as a new basketball practice court and fitness-dance rooms, accompanied by various site enhancements. In addition to the gymnasium, a new single-story building spanning 2,000 square feet was erected to house student locker rooms and an attendant's office. The site work component of the project included the development of accessible parking, standard parking, a fire lane, hardscape elements, landscaping features, and utilities to serve the gymnasium.
