This project encompassed thorough site preparation and the construction of new permanent modular classroom buildings, with dimensions ranging from 48' x 40' to the largest structure measuring 72' x 40'. The buildings were equipped with fully automated sprinkler systems, and their fire alarm systems were seamlessly integrated into the existing campus system. Executed across three distinct DSA projects, each affiliated with separate schools, the comprehensive initiatives involved site excavation, rough grading, and the meticulous installation of concrete foundations for the modular buildings provided by AMS. The site enhancements included the installation of site lighting, hardscaping elements, concrete walkways surrounding the buildings, and an accessible path of travel connecting the new structures to their respective existing campuses.
